Pocotaligo Seafood Caserole

This caserole dish serves 6
Ingredients
6 oz crab meat
6 oz shrimp
2tbsp butter
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped celery
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
1 cup mayonnaise
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
Hardware
1 qt casserole dish
Rubber spatula
1 medium bowl
Small pot
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in small pot then set aside to cool.
Combine all ingredients except butter and panko in bowl.
Using rubber spatula to “Wipe” all ingredient from bowl in casserole dish.
When butter has cooled, pour into bowl then evenly mix in panko.
Spread butter/panko mix over top of other ingredients evenly.
Place in oven and bake 45-50 minutes or until bread crumbs are light brown and hot in center.
