Frogmore Potatoes





1/8 tbsp seafood seasoning (Cape Hatteras Smoked Seafood Seasoning or Old Bay)

8 large shrimp, peeled

Smoked sausage, cooked and chopped

Corn kernels

2 large baking potatoes

1 cup sour cream

3 tbsp butter


Bake potatoes fully.

Slice open potatoes on top and let cool.

Scoop out potato insides from skins. Place potato insides in bowl.

While Baking potatoes, cook smoked sausage and corn kernels. Chop sausage.

Add 2 tbsps of butter, sour cream, sausage, corn and seafood seasoning to potatoes and mix thoroughly.

Evenly stuff potato mixture into potato skins.

Placed stuffed potatoes on a cooking sheet and put into pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

With 5 minutes left to bake the potatoes, sautee shrimp with 1 tbsp of butter. Remove shrimp after cooking and reserve butter.

Remove potatoes from oven.

Hook shrimp into potato on four corners.

Drizzle potatoes with butter used to cook shrimp.
