Grilled PBT Sandwich
2 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and cut in half
2 slices tomato
½ tbsp parsley, chopped
1 slice of white American cheese
2 slices white bread
Garlic salt and black pepper to taste
Small frying pan
Spread mayonnaise on one side of both slices of bread.
Sprinkle garlic salt and black pepper across mayonnaise.
Lay 2 half slices of bacon on each slice of bread.
Lay 1 slice of tomato on each piece of bread.
Lay 3 parsley leaves on each slice of tomato.
Lay slice of cheese on one side.
Put two sides together.
Heat pan to medium.
Butter each side of bread.
Put sandwich in pan.
Cook on each side of sandwich until both sides are toasted.
Remove from pan and let cool for 1 minute.
