Carolina Mustard Pecan Crusted Pork Tenderloin

This recipe uses a unique brine to keep your pork tenderloin juicy and a great mustard based coating to add complementary flavors to the pork.
Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin
Carolina Apple Pork Brine (To See Recipe Click Here)
½ cup pecans, finely chopped
4 tbsp Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Hardware
Greased baking pan
Medium bowl
Rubber Spatula
Directions
Brine pork tenderloin in Carolina Apple Pork Brine from at least 2 hours. You can brine overnight. (To See Recipe Click Here)
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine 2 tbsp Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce, salt and black pepper in the medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
Remove pork tenderloin from brine and pat dry with paper towels.
Coat outside of tenderloin evenly with BBQ sauce/Pecan mixture.
Place pork tenderloin in baking pan and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and coat with remainder of BBQ sauce.
Return to oven and cook for 10 more minutes or to preferred temperature.
Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
